We do shipping internationally and you will receive a dispatch and tracking number email for all orders outside of the UK.

The aim is to ship within the time span of 5-7 business days, however this is not a gaurantee!

We are also not responsible for parcels that get lost due to miscommunication of the correct address. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return guarantee - on the premise that the product is unused, in the original packaging and within 30 days of purchasing.

We will also need the product to have its tags and in its original state.

If you do not have proof of your purchase then we can not let you refund your item.

If the criteria above is met then contact our email for instructions on how to refund, we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

Once emailed, we will check to see if the item is refundable or not. If all goes well then you should automatically be sent the right amount of money however it may take some time to process and for the money to go through.
